The T-Link was to designed to liberate hearing aid users; allow them to use a mobile phone with simplicity and ease whilst not looking different to any other phone user. T-Link has no additional batteries; it is lightweight yet durable and can be configured, with accessories, to work with just about any mobile (cellphone) of phone on the market.
