A lot is written and said about too much sound, too loud and first and second action levels at places of work as directed by the EC. An experienced "ear" will be able to give an estimation of sound level, but to most - what does 85dB mean? We have products that can help and give an indication of the actual level of sound, or noise in a given area. This will give an idea if you are in a danger of harming your hearing, or in breach of the new directives.
